These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and sn777 ("sn777", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at sn777.asia and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is designed and operated to serve players in Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions, subject to applicable international licensing conditions.

The following capitalised terms have the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

Access to and use of the sn777 Platform is restricted to Eligible Players only. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You are at least 21 years of age. sn777 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their Accounts suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method subject to verification.

3. Legal Capacity: You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal disability or guardianship may not register an Account.
4. Single Account: You do not already hold an active Account on the Platform. sn777 permits a maximum of one Account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You have not requested self-exclusion from the Platform and are not otherwise subject to a voluntary or involuntary exclusion order.
6. Not an Employee: You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of sn777 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studio partners.
7. Own Identity: You are registering under your own true identity. The use of false names, aliases, or third-party identities during registration is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

To access real-money betting and gaming features on the sn777 Platform, you must create a registered Account via the sn777 Login page. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number or valid passport number, residential address, active email address, and a preferred deposit method.

You agree that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point of update is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally. sn777 is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect information submitted by the Player. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. If you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the sn777 support team immediately via live chat. sn777 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

Identity-verified (KYC-approved) accounts enjoy expedited withdrawal processing, typically same-day.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If a deposit was made via bank transfer, the corresponding withdrawal must be processed to a bank account held in the Player's own name. sn777 may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

USDT and Cryptocurrency: sn777 accepts USDT deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the TRC-20 (Tron) network. Players who submit USDT via an incorrect network (e.g., ERC-20, BEP-20) do so at their own risk; sn777 cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent via unsupported networks. Processing fees for non-TRC-20 networks are borne entirely by the Player.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.

General Bonus Conditions: Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all sn777 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified, Eligible Players only. Players who have not completed KYC verification may not claim bonuses above a defined threshold.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus one time only, on their first qualifying deposit. Duplicate or multi-account bonus claims will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting via the same platform, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, or the use of bot-assisted betting strategies, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

All bets, wagers, and gaming activity on the sn777 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or market. The general principles set out below apply across all wagering products unless the specific game rules provide otherwise.

• Sports Betting: Pre-match and live in-play bets are accepted on all listed markets including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia matches, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup, and other covered events. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of two legs. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Maximum payout caps for casino and slot games are determined by the individual game rules. sn777 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sn777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account per player, household, IP address, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic low-risk strategy exploiting sn777 promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any game in which player-versus-player interaction is a factor.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using discriminatory language toward sn777 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any platform communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in sn777's platform or third-party game software to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to sn777 support immediately.
• Charging back or reversing deposits via your bank or payment provider after wagering the deposited funds. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through applicable legal channels.

sn777 is required to maintain robust Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the conditions of its international operating licences. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawal requests above the standard threshold are processed, and at any time sn777 reasonably requests additional identity confirmation.

Standard KYC Documentation: Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

11.1 Platform Availability: sn777 makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party service disruptions, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events. sn777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability.

11.2 Betting Losses: sn777 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from wagering decisions, in-play bet placement during live events, or reliance on odds or game information displayed on the Platform at any given moment.

11.3 Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, live bet settlement, or lottery draw, sn777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Players concerned. sn777 shall not be liable for any anticipated winnings that are affected by such technical errors.

11.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sn777's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.5 Exclusion of Consequential Loss: sn777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including loss of earnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not sn777 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the sn777 support team via live chat. Before processing an Account closure request, sn777 will confirm your identity, settle any pending bets, and process any outstanding withdrawal request for your remaining real-money Balance. Account closure does not automatically cancel any active self-exclusion period.

Suspension or Termination by sn777: sn777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform to facilitate illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts or suspected multi-accounting activity.
• Player accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring the closure or restriction of a Player Account.
• Extended Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to prior notice where contact details are valid and active.

Where a Player Account is terminated for cause (i.e., for breach of these Terms), sn777 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance, including both real-money funds and bonus credits, and to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Forfeiture of funds shall not preclude sn777 from pursuing additional legal remedies in respect of losses suffered due to the Player's breach.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sn777 holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question as to their validity, interpretation, or enforceability, shall in the first instance be referred to the sn777 customer support team for informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) business days of the dispute being formally raised with sn777 support, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution authority designated by sn777's applicable licensing body. Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge and accept that online betting is subject to legal restriction in Indonesia, and that by using the Platform they do so at their own legal risk and under the terms of the Platform's international licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory consumer rights under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.

sn777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to withdrawal limits, bonus conditions, eligibility criteria, or dispute resolution procedures — sn777 will provide Players with at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address registered to their Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
